My substance use started February 2022, and it didn’t take long to escalate to me almost dying from an OD. I went to my first rehab on June 28th 2022, which was also my sister’s 12th birthday. I was discharged September 12th, 2022 and went back to my drug use less than two weeks later. Sometime in October of 2022 I had another OD and then I realized that I needed to stop using, and I needed help. I started going to Narcotics Anonymous meetings and I went to my second rehab on November 2022, and I will be discharged on December 21st! Juice’s music has been my biggest inspiration as an artist and has kept me going through this year and through all the trauma, OD’s and hospitalizations. I know I can stay sober and I’m excited to live free and start experiencing life without drugs. I’m only 15 and I’ve lost almost everything to drugs, and I can’t wait to finally start living life and make music about my struggles. Juice Wrld has been my biggest inspiration in my recovery, I love and miss him. I wish the best to everyone reading this and to everyone struggling.
