I suffer from borderline personality disorder, OCD, ADHD, severe depression, anxiety, Tourette’s, & PTSD. Because of this, I was a drug addict. World Mental Health Day happens every year on October 10th with the goal of raising awareness of mental health challenges and supporting efforts to improve mental health around the world.
