Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to read. I grew up in a single parent home. (Mother) My dad was into harder street drugs and abandoned his family. God bless my mother, she provided and ensured that my two brothers and I would live as “normal” of a life as possible.

Unfortunately, as amazing as my mother was and still is. I suffered and still suffer from deep depression and followed later on in life with extreme anxiety and an ADHD diagnosis. On top of these mental illnesses, I also suffer from extreme back pain. (Arthritis, degenerative disk in my spine, and pinched nerves.)

Due to the physical pain, I was and still am prescribed pain medication. Unfortunately, this act turned against me. Something that is meant to treat and prevent pain, now causes me some of the worst mental pain. The addiction and the abuse is a difficult and long-time struggle.

In the last two years, my father-in-law (who became my best friend over the course of my 10 year relationship with my now wife.) my mother-in-law, and my brother-in-law have passed away. This has been a huge challenge for my wife, the pain she is in I can’t even imagine. Watching her suffer when there’s nothing I can do to change things leaves a heavy weight on my shoulders.

Growing up, I listened to Marshall Mathers as way to cope. Eventually, I discovered Juice. His music inspires me and while he is gone, his legacy and the impressions he has left and continue to leave on people will last forever.
